By accessing or using Beatmars, you agree to be bound by these Terms
Platform Overview
Beatmars is an online marketplace that allows music producers (Vendors) to upload and sell beats, and allows artists (Buyers) to purchase licenses to use those beats. Beatmars does not own or control the beats listed on the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Beatmars. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Important: Beatmars is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
User Accounts
Users must create an account to buy or sell beats. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Licenses Offered
4.1 Unlimited License (Non‑Exclusive)
- Non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the beat
- Beat may be sold to multiple artists by producers
- Producer retains full ownership and copyright
- Artist receives unlimited usage and complete monetization rights
- No limit on streams, performances, or distributions
4.2 Exclusive License
- Sold to one artist only
- Once sold, the beat must not be licensed or sold again
- Producer agrees not to sell or distribute the beat on any other platform or privately
- Producer retains copyright unless otherwise agreed
- Beat is immediately removed from future sales on Beatmars
Important: A producer cannot sell a beat as Exclusive after selling it as Unlimited earlier. However, producers can create customized versions upon artist request.
Producer Obligations
Producers represent and warrant that:
- They own or control all rights to the beats they upload
- Their beats do not infringe on third-party copyrights
- They will honor all license terms selected at the time of sale
- Exclusive beats sold on Beatmars will not be resold or relicensed elsewhere
- They have obtained proper KYC verification when required
- They maintain accurate track information including BPM, key, and genre tags
Artist Obligations
Artists agree that:
- Purchased beats will be used only within the scope of the license purchased
- Copyright ownership remains with the producer
- Proper credit will be given to the producer where applicable
- They will not claim ownership of the beat
- They will not resell, sublicense, or distribute the beat as a standalone product
- They will not use the beat in unlawful or defamatory content
Payments and Fees
All payments are processed through Beatmars-approved payment systems (Stripe, Fonepay, etc.). Beatmars may charge service fees or commissions on transactions.

No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of beats, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except in cases of verified technical failure caused by Beatmars.
Intellectual Property
Beatmars does not claim ownership over beats uploaded by producers. Producers grant Beatmars a limited license to host, display, and distribute beats solely for marketplace operations.
Copyright Ownership
- ✓Producers retain full copyright ownership unless explicitly transferred in writing
- ✓Licenses grant usage rights only, not ownership transfer
- ✓All beats are registered in our system with producer attribution
Copyright Complaints
Beatmars respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal complaint through our support channels.
Our Process
Platform Limitation of Liability
Beatmars is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Beatmars is not liable for:
- Disputes between producers and artists
- Loss of revenue, data, or reputation
- Unauthorized use of purchased beats outside the platform
- Technical issues or service interruptions
- Accuracy of beat metadata (BPM, key, etc.)
- Third-party payment processor issues
Termination
Beatmars reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
Content Violations
- • Copyright infringement
- • Uploading unauthorized content
- • False metadata or misrepresentation
Conduct Violations
- • Fraudulent activities
- • Multiple policy violations
- • Harassment of other users
Modifications to Terms
Beatmars may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your State], USA.
